The Pomodoro Technique is a time management technique developed by Francesco Cirillo in 1980s. The technique uses a timer or alarm to break down work into intervals, breaks, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.

I have decided to complete one of my assignment in 25 mins.By setting a pomodoro timer.I got distracted after first 10 mins, noting that i got distraction after next 5 minutes, continuing my work until timer tings. I take 20 mins break and then, restarting work on following whole procedure again. until by putting 4 ticks on paper.

This experiment was very difficult for me to keep focusing on task, but it helps me to do more than usual because, more concentration, focusing makes me to accomplish more.

After this experience i have decided to make it as routine activity,to make my habit.i have decided to follow this procedure every once by completing my assignment or any other task. That it will helps me to complete my task more than as usual.
